The Data Discovery Sprint lasts two weeks and covers all the basics for a scalable, automated product data system and insight engine.
- Audit of the existing data sources and future roadmap
- Your analytical ecosystem is set up: data warehouse, core connectors (such as CRM) and data models
- Dozens of pre-built business and product dashboards
- We work with you to create the backbone dashboards with core metrics: visualise your data in the way that is most meaningful to your operations
- Integrations with Google Data Studio or other BI system of your choice
- User Experience data collection: we set-up Google Analytics and Google Tag manager and conduct the core tag integration
